Solid background in matters of domestic / international policy, drafting of contracts and agreements of transfer of technology, joint ventures Corporate Practice, Technology transfer, Collaboration, Drafting & Negotiating Government and Public sector company contracts, Formation of companies, Foreign Exchange Management, Banking, Immigration Laws. Excellent research and writing and executive presentation skills, adapts quickly to new environments and thrives on multiple tasks. Fluent in English and conversant in Kannada, Hindi, Tamil and Telugu. Provides legal counsel to various companies and entities regarding domestic/international transactions, drafting of contracts and agreements.
